The energy conservation application on campus may reduce consumption by using alternative sources. Green behavior in students and regulation has an important role developing green campus. purpose of this research is to analyze factors affecting design based behavior. consists attitudes, responsibilities, control behavior, beliefs, intentions conservation. This used a quantitative method conducted at universities Medan city, Indonesia. population was university with total sample 395 respondents. analysis carried out SEM-PLS.
